Angels and Butterflies is a business that has been created with love and care, designed to bring crafts to life and joy to people’s faces whether they’re five or a hundred and five... We have created sand art with a lovely lady who was 103!
| Over the last few years, I have shared my own passion with others and what was once a hobby became a thriving company, providing creative workshops for children and adults. | Our team grew larger as did our corporate client list, expanding into working with charities and community groups and forging new business partnerships. |
We are proud of the connections we have made, so much so that we can now call many of our clients friends.
Ripping Up the Diary Pages
Full of excitement and ideas for the team, the diary was full before lockdown with lots of planned events, corporate work, and more for what was due to be our busiest year.
Then lockdown hit...
We have had to cancel all our private bookings, corporate work plus the larger events we would attend as a business have been cancelled. Our busiest time is the summer season and this has been wiped out with no re-opening date at present.
Excluded… But Fighting Back
We have had no work and no income since the end of March and like so many others, we didn’t qualify for government support. Yet still have on-going business costs and are simply expected to still meet these. The money put aside has been used to keep us afloat instead of expanding the business as planned. However this is quickly running out and having sold most of our craft stock, we would also need to replenish this before we can get back to work.
The Angel Team is very disappointed at not being able to work together especially as we had some great places and fabulous people booked to work with. But it’s not over yet and we want to make sure we’ve done everything we can to keep our business going, creating smiles in a very tough year, and continue on to keep making memories.
